Determine which users or groups can view or edit reports!

Since there are plenty of modification opportunities in BiBook, it's crucial to define who can access, edit or delete reports. From our perspective, it's clever to limit editing rights to only those users who need them. For example, basic viewing rights are often given for certain organization levels or co-operate companies when financial team and CXO's are holding administrative edit rights. This makes BiBook suitable for all kind of companies from start-ups to listed companies.

What kind of user roles BiBook offers?

Basic user roles are:

  1. Admin: User can add and delete users, edit user right and set up integrations.
  2. Reader: User can view reports (and possibly edit if rights are given)
