Notification To BI Book Customers About a New Support Widget Provider

Dear Customer,

We are writing to let you know about a change to our list of subprocessors. We have decided to start using Featurebase’s Messenger, an in-app support widget developed by the Estonian company Cordnet OU.  

The updated list of subprocessors for the BI Book is available here and Featurebase’s Data Processing Agreement is available at https://help.featurebase.app/articles/6556750-data-processing-agreement. This change is driven by our drive for providing better services and support to our customers. The change is intended to be implemented on 11th May 2026, but no earlier than 30 days after the date of issuing this notification. The change will not cause any interruptions to the BI Book service, other than the standard maintenance break that accompanies a new release. If you wish, you can choose to opt out of this feature. To do so, please contact our Support team before this change takes effect.

Please also be advised that we will shortly introduce AI functionality to the BI Book as an optional feature. Please see further details at BI Book AI - BI Book. The subprocessors related to this functionality have been added to the updated Annex B as optional subprocessors.
